Precision 3D Printing & Mechanical Engineering
Custom parts, prototypes, and production runs. From CAD to finished part, Krieg Solutions turns ideas into precision components.

Engineering, Built Layer by Layer
Krieg Solutions combines mechanical engineering expertise with additive manufacturing to deliver parts that fit, function, and last. From a single prototype to a full production run, we handle the whole process.
Custom 3D Printing
FDM and resin printing for functional parts, prototypes, and end-use components. We select the right material and process for your application, not a one-size-fits-all default.
Mechanical Design & CAD
From a napkin sketch to production drawings. We design for manufacturability, so your part works the first time it comes off the machine, not the fifth.
Prototyping & Iteration
Fast turnaround on design iterations. Test your idea in hand before committing to tooling or volume production. Change the design as fast as you can think of it.
Production Runs
Small to medium batch production with consistent quality. Repeatable tolerances, documented settings, and parts you can rely on in the field.
One shop for design, print, and production.

Built to Spec, Every Time
Krieg Solutions delivers engineering-grade parts with documented quality. No surprises, no guesswork.
We needed a custom bracket that off-the-shelf parts could not replace. Krieg Solutions designed it, printed it, and iterated with us until the fit was perfect. The final parts went straight into production.

asked questions
We print in PLA, PETG, ABS/ASA, TPU, nylon, and resin, plus engineering materials on request. Material choice depends on what your part needs: heat resistance, flexibility, strength, or surface finish. We'll recommend the right one for your application.
FDM parts typically hold +/- 0.2-0.4 mm depending on geometry and material. Resin parts hold tighter, around +/- 0.1 mm. For critical tolerances we design for fit and can machine or finish critical features to spec.
Both. Upload STL or STEP files for instant quoting, or describe what you need and we'll design it from scratch. We can also reverse-engineer an existing part if you only have the physical object.
STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF, and CAD formats like Fusion 360, SolidWorks, and FreeCAD. STEP is best for engineering work since it preserves exact geometry.
Most single parts ship within 3-5 business days. Design work depends on complexity, typically 1-2 weeks from concept to finished part. Rush options are available.
Yes. We do full mechanical engineering work: design for manufacturability, assembly design, bracket and enclosure design, small-batch production, and consulting for businesses that need parts made reliably.
